1 tbspcornflour
1/2 cupgrated cheese
1/2 cupmilk

Melt the butter, stir and add the cornflour and milk. Add more milk if needed.

Stir for about 5min to thicken the sauce, add cornflour to milk, making a paste, then add it to the sauce.
