Steps

Beat egg yolk, milk and sugar until well combined

Add vanilla extract, sifted flour/baking powder. Mix well and then add melted butter, set aside.

Beat egg white, add cream of tartar until soft peak formed.

Gently fold egg meringue into the batter until well combined.

On medium heat pan, fill 1/3 of batter into 4 inch diameter mold. Then fill any ganache at the center and top with another 2 tbsp of batter

Cover with lid and cook for 5 min on each side.

For chocolate batter, add 1 tbsp of cocoa powder into 6 tbsp batter.
