Take bowl add instant packet gulab jamun mix and add required milk to knead dough

Dough Cover with lid for some time

Take a pan add sugar + water to make sugar syrup add elaichi powder in the syrup

Make 1 string syrup

Then take a small amount of dough to make circle shape of gulab jamun

Then take kadai add oil or ghee fry the gulab jamum till golden brown in slow flame

After frying add gulab jamun in a sugar syrup

After that garnish with finely chopped green pistachio
