  4. 1/2 tsptumeric
  5. 1 tspgaram masala
  6. 1/4 tspchili powder
  7. 1 tspcumin
  8. 2 1/4canned chopped tomatoes
  9. 1 cupred lentils
  10. 2 tsplemon juice
  11. 2 1/2 cupsstock
  12. 1 1/4coconut milk
  13. salt
  14. pepper
  15. cilantro

Steps

    Saute onions, garlic 2-3 minutes

    Add spices

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes, lemon juice, stock, coconut milk

    Simmer 30 minutes
