  • 2garlic cloves
  • 1onion
  • 1/2 tsptumeric
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1/4 tspchili powder
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 2 1/4canned chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cupred lentils
  • 2 tsplemon juice
  • 2 1/2 cupsstock
  • 1 1/4coconut milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • cilantro

Steps

    Saute onions, garlic 2-3 minutes

    Add spices

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes, lemon juice, stock, coconut milk

    Simmer 30 minutes

    Garnish cilantro
