Ingredients

8 servings
  • 1 1/4 cupLight corn syrup
  • 1/2 cupSugar
  • 1/3 cupBaking cocoa
  • 1/3 cupAll-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 3Eggs
  • 3 tbspMargarine
  • 1 1/2 tspVanilla extract
  • 1 cupPecans
  • 1Unbaked 9-in. Pastry shell

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large mixing bowl, beat the first eight ingredients until smooth. Stir in nuts. Pour into pie shell.

  2. 2

    Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes or until set. Cool completely

  3. 3

    Soften margarine. Chop pecans.
