Ingredients

  • 2 cupFlour
  • 2 cupSugar
  • 3/4 cupCocoa Powder
  • 2 tspBaking Soda
  • 1 tspBaking Powder
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1 tspCinnamon
  • 4Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cupOil
  • 3 cupZucchini, grated
  • 3/4 cupWalnuts, chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the dry ingredients together and make a well in the center.

  2. 2

    Add the eggs, oil, and zucchini to the dry mixture and mix well.

  3. 3

    Stir in the walnuts, adding more if desired.

  4. 4

    Bake at 350' for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
