Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cupMashed Pumpkin
  2. 3/4 cupBrown Sugar
  3. 1/2 tspSalt
  4. 1/2 tspGinger
  5. 1 tspCinnamon
  6. 1/4 tspNutmeg
  7. 3Eggs
  8. 1 1/4 cupMilk
  9. 3/4 cupEvaporated Milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the spices to the pumpkin and stir thoroughly.

  2. 2

    Beat in the eggs.

  3. 3

    Slowly add the 2 milks, and mix together well, then pour into pie shell.

  4. 4

    Bake at 400' for 15 minutes, then turn it down to 325' for 35 minutes.
