Ingredients

  • 1 headcauliflower
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 cupflour
  • 1 dashfranks red hot sauce
  • 1 dashsalt
  • 1 dashpepper
  • 3 tbspfranks red hot sauce
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 dashsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 450°F

  2. 2

    break cauliflower into florets

  3. 3

    mix the next 5 ingredients together to create a batter.

  4. 4

    toss cauliflower florets in batter until coated.

  5. 5

    place each floret side by side (not touching) on a greased baking sheet.

  6. 6

    bake 20 minutes.

  7. 7

    combine the remaining 3 ingredients in a bowl.

  8. 8

    remove from oven, lightly coat with the hot sauce & oil mixture. return to the over for 10 more minutes.

  9. 9

    serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Kids love it. I have made it about once a week since I found this recipe. The only things I do differently are flipping the cauliflower after the first 20 minutes and use butter instead of oil. It is a winner in my house.
