Ingredients

  • 2 cupFlour
  • 2 tspCornstarch
  • 1 tspBaking Soda
  • 1 tspSea Salt
  • 1 stickUnsalted Butter
  • 1 cupWhite Sugar
  • 1Egg
  • 2 1/2 tspVanilla Extract
  • 1/3 cupAndes Peppermint Crunch
  • 1 cupWhite Chocolate Chips

Steps

  1. 1

    Using a medium-sized bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and sea salt together. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Using either an electric or a handheld mixer, cream together the butter and sugar.

  3. 3

    While still mixing on low add in the egg and vanilla extract.
    Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix together.

  4. 4

    Cover the bowl of cookie dough with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 30-35 minutes.

  5. 5

    Right before you remove the cookie dough from the refrigerator, preheat the oven to 350°F.

  6. 6

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using your hands or an ice cream scooper, place the cookie dough on the baking sheet.

  7. 7

    Bake for 9-10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for 2 minutes on the baking sheet.
