Peas and carrots masala

Wash peas. Wash & peel the carrots & cut into small pieces. Boil these two in cooker (till one whistle)& keep it to a cool.

Chop onion, tomato & green chillies & add cashew nuts & fry it in heated (one tsp) oil & grind in a mixer & keep it aside. Make a powder of cinnamon, bayleaf, cloves. Blend fresh cream in a mixer & keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, jeera. Then add onion tomato paste & saute well. Add boiled peas and carrots and saute well. Add salt, turmeric powder and garam masala and coriander powder.

Add grounded masala powder and blended fresh cream & aam chur powder and sugar. Decorate with chopped coriander leaves. It is ready to serve now. Serve it with roti or rice.
