Kiddies Ham Egg

Just wanted to make breakfast fun for my boys. Using common ingredients in uncommon ways so everyday is a new breakfast dish they enjoy eating.
Kiddies Ham Egg
Just wanted to make breakfast fun for my boys. Using common ingredients in uncommon ways so everyday is a new breakfast dish they enjoy eating.
Steps
- 1
Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat
- 2
Cut a small hole in the center of your ham
- 3
Place it in your melted butter.
- 4
Quickly break your egg and closely drop the egg onto your ham, try to center the yolk over the hole
- 5
Use your spatula to keep your white in a circular shape, it's ok running off the ham.
- 6
Add salt to your liking. You can add more seasonings to taste, but I like to keep it simple for my babies
- 7
After about 45 to 60 seconds, flip your ham egg.
- 8
Let another 30 to 45 seconds pass, done. I like to keep the eggs nice and runny abit. It goes well with toast, or in my kids cases, cheerios :)
