First take a pan add 3 cup water boil the tomato,onion, carrots,garlic,ginger

When tomato turn soft off the gas

When cool beat it

Now seive the pyuri

Now add salt, black pepper,sugar and tej patta

Boil it

When boil add cornflour mix well

Boil it till thicker

Now serve it hot
