Butternut ugali with fish and kienyeji greens

Bring water to boil, add some flour and the butternut to prepare the African cake (ugali)

Fry half your onion,garlic and ginger, add tomatoes cook well.

Add very little amount of water and the deep fried fish and leave to simmer for 8 minutes.

Repeat step two with remaining ingredients, once the tomatoes are well cooked add the shredded greens and cook for 7 minutes.

Serve your delicacy.
