Ingredients

  1. 3avocados
  2. 2limes
  3. 5or six cherry tomatoes
  4. 1 tspminced garlic in a jar i used the one packed in water
  5. 10chopped jalepeno rings pickled or fresh
  6. 1/4 tspeach of onion salt, cayenne pepper n paprika.. yu can adjust flavour with more if needed
  7. dashblack pepper n hot sauce
  8. 1 tbspsour cream
  9. 10to 15 leaves of fresh oregano chopped.. mexican oregano is best

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cut n scoop avocados, diced tomatoes n squeeze lime juice into bowl

    Add seasonings n rest of ingredients n mash with potatoe masher or other smashing tool

    Serve n nicer bowl with chips or dinner... I like blue corn tortilla chips

    This is guacamole done my way. There are many variations of this recipe. I like it blended because I don't care for chunks of raw onion, but I enjoy the flavor an onion adds. I like jalapenos for flavor and some heat. The "heat" will vary depending on the variety of jalapeno, it's maturity, and how it was grown.
