1 mediumsized onion
1/2 jarof tomato sauce
1 canrinsed kidney beans
1 cancorn

Brown turkey in a medium saucepan, while waiting prep the veggies

once browned put the turkey in a medium sized pot, and mix in all ingredients

let cook 45 mins on medium heat, stirring every 5 mins
