Ingredients

  1. Marinade
  2. 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  3. 1/4 cuplemon juice
  4. 1/4 cupolive oil
  5. 1/4 cuplow sodium soy sauce
  6. 2 clovegarlic, minced
  7. 3 clovegarlic, whole
  8. 1 dashdried basil
  9. steak and veggies
  10. 2 1/2 lbbeef top sirloin steak, cut into 1-1/4 inch pieces
  11. 24unit fresh mushrooms
  12. 1unit green or red pepper
  13. 2unit zucchini squash
  14. 1unit medium onion
  15. 1hot cooked rice

  1. 1

    For a marinade, combine all the ingredients. Cut up all the veggies and beef into smaller pieces and combine with marinade in bad or a glass dish. Leave to marinade overnight or a few hours.

  2. 2

    On metal or soaked wooden skewers, alternately thread meat and veggies.

  3. 3

    Grill over medium-hot heat, or a bbq grill. Serve with rice.
