Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmakke ka aata,
  2. 1/2 cupmethi
  3. 1/2 cupcrushed matar
  4. 2-3chopped green chilli
  5. 1 piecegrated ginger
  6. 4-5garlic colves
  7. 1 tbspchopped coriander
  8. 1/2 tspsesame seed
  9. 1/2 tspmustard seed
  10. 1/2 tspturmerric powder
  11. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  12. 10-12Curry leaves
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 1/2 tspcooking Soda
  15. 1 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl put maize flour(makke ka aata)

  2. 2

    Add grated ginger,chopped chilli, chopped methi,crushed matar and coriander,,salt and soda/papad khar mix well

  3. 3

    Now add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and some water and make a dough

  4. 4

    Make balls and press the center part of it

  5. 5

    Now take a steamer put water and heat it

  6. 6

    Now put balls on a plate and steam them for 8-10 minutes

  7. 7

    Remove dhokla on a plate and Cut in to a pieces

  8. 8

    For tadka :-
    Take a pan put oil heat it
    Now put sesame seed mustard seed,chopped chilli and curry leaves, chopped garlic stir it

  9. 9

    Now add dhokla stir well and cook it for 3-4 mintunes

  10. 10

    Dhokla is ready

  11. 11

    Serve with green chutney
