Steps

Take a bowl put maize flour(makke ka aata)

Add grated ginger,chopped chilli, chopped methi,crushed matar and coriander,,salt and soda/papad khar mix well

Now add turmeric powder,red chilli powder and some water and make a dough

Make balls and press the center part of it

Now take a steamer put water and heat it
- 6
Now put balls on a plate and steam them for 8-10 minutes

Remove dhokla on a plate and Cut in to a pieces

For tadka :-
Take a pan put oil heat it
Now put sesame seed mustard seed,chopped chilli and curry leaves, chopped garlic stir it - 9
Now add dhokla stir well and cook it for 3-4 mintunes

Dhokla is ready

Serve with green chutney
