1 ltrmilk
1/2 cupchopd dry fruits(almonds, casew, kishmish)
1 teaspooncardamom powder
1/2 cupsugar

Sama rice ko dho kar 15 min ke liye pani m bhigo ke rakh dijiye.

Milk ko boiled hone gas par rakh dijiye then jab 1 ubal a jaye to flame kam kar dijiye.

Ab isme sama rice dal dijiye ar gadha hone tak pakaiye.

Ab isme sugar and dryfruit add kar dijiye ar sugar melt hone tak pakaiye.

Jab kheer gadhi ho jaye and sugar melt ho jaye to fleme off kar dijiye. caredom powder add kijiye.

Ready to eat sama rice kheer.
