Ingredients

  • 1 packagescream cheese (or 2, depending on the size of your family)
  • 1 smallcontainer of Tang drink mix
  • 1 smallbag of chopped pecans or walnuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Let the cream cheese sit out at room temperature until soft enough to mix. Usually a couple of hours will do it.

  2. 2

    Mix the Tang in with the cream cheese. Do this to taste, because it can be quite tart if you mix in too much.

  3. 3

    Once you mix in the Tang, take some plastic wrap or wax paper and use it to form the cream cheese into a kind of log.

  4. 4

    Roll the log in the nuts of your choice and wrap it back up in the plastic wrap or wax paper and put it in the fridge for at least a couple hours to firm up.

  5. 5

    Serve with the cracker of your choice. My family's favorite is Ritz. 😊
