Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 canchunk or shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cupyour favorite BBQ sauce (best with a kick!)
  • 1Tortilla Chips
  • 1 cupshredded cheese (mexican or colby blend)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 325°F

  2. 2

    Drain canned chicken and mix it with BBQ sauce in bowl

  3. 3

    On pan (or microwaveable plate) place a layer of tortilla chips

  4. 4

    Spoon desired amount of BBQ chicken onto chips

  5. 5

    Sprinkle with desired amount of cheese

  6. 6

    Bake in oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted Or Microwave on low for a couple of minutes
