Combine first five ingredients in bowl, whisk

Arrange chicken parts in shallow dish

Spoon marinade over chicken, cover and refrigerate

Marinate for 2 to 4 hours, turning chicken periodically

Remove chicken fron marinade, drain well, reserving marinade

Arrange chicken in shallow baking dish, baste with 1/2 stick of melted butter

Bake at 425°F for 25 minutes

Bring reserved marinade to a boil and boil for a minute or two
- 9
Baste chicken with marinade, cook for additional 30 minutes basting periiodically
- 10
Remove from oven, pour remaking marinade over
- 11
Garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley
- 12
Serve with rice
