Boil the potatoes

Melt the butter

Add boiled potatoes to the melted butter

Mash together With potatoe masher or spatula till it's incorporated and smooth

Serve mashed potatoes

Egg sauce

Grate tomatoe, pepper and onions

Rinse your sweetcorn

Boil water and soak the vegetable(ugwu) for 2-3mins

Put your frying pan on fire and add groundnut oil

Add some sliced onions and stir fry

Add your grated tomatoes and pepper and leave to fry for a while

Add seasoning

Add sweetcorn and ugwu and stir fry for 2-3mins again

Finally, add your whisked egg

Serve mashed potatoes with egg sauce
