Place squash in boiling water. Reduce heat to simmer, covered for about 10 minutes - until squash is tender

Preheat oven to 375 F coat casserole dish with non-stick spray

Drain squash, squish the squash slightly (or to desired texture) in a large bowl.

Add onion, egg, sugar, salt, pepper and butter mix well and pour in prepared dish
- 5
Top with breadcrumbs and bake for about 1 hour or until slightly browned and cooked through
