  1. 1instant noodles
  2. 1egg
  3. 1sausage
  4. 1/2 stickleek/spring onion
  5. 1salt
  6. 1pepper
  7. 1cooking oil

  1. 1

    Boil the noodles without its seasoning and drain it.

  2. 2

    Beat the egg and add the instant noodles seasoning and mix them in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Add the drained noodles, sausage and leek into the bowl. Mix them well.

  4. 4

    Fry it on a pan and serve it.
