  4. 3 cupmini chocolate chips
  5. 2 stickbutter
  6. 1 1/2 ozcoco powder
  7. 1 tspbaking soda
  8. 1/2cold water
  9. 1chocolate frosting

    preheat oven to 350°

    mix dry ingredients

  3. 3

    slowly add in other items

  4. 4

    drop on baking sheet with a tablespoon

  5. 5

    bake 15 minutes or until edges are crispy

  6. 6

    let cool
