  1. 1

    Mash peeled banana into a paste.

  2. 2

    Crack and add two eggs.

  3. 3

    Add vanilla flavoring or other spices as wanted

  4. 4

    Fry in skillet with oil of choice just like a regular pancake.

  5. 5

    Serve with preferred syrup, jelly, or jam.
