Sabse pehle mung ko wash karke boiled kar le.

Now kadhai me oil dal kar garam kar le,ab use jeera hing and jeera dale.

Ab isme ek ek karke ginger,garlic and onion dale aur mix karein ab thori der fry karein.

Ab isme tomato dale aur sabhi masale dal kar salt dale aur mix karein

Ab 5 minutes ke liye dhak kar fry karein,ab isme boiled mung dal kar mix karein aur 1 cup water dal kar 5 minutes ke liye dhak kar pakaye.

Ab isme coriander leaves dal kar serve karen....!!!
