Ingredients

2 person
  1. 1 cupyogurt
  2. 1/2 cupBarley flour
  3. 1/4 cupsugar (add more or less according to taste)
  4. 2 tbsphoney (it's optional,according to taste add more or less)
  5. Pinchblack salt
  6. 1/2 tspfennel powder
  7. 2 tbspdry fruits chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast the Barley flour in pan and let it cool it

  2. 2

    Whisk yogurt in mixer jar,add sugar,fennel powder,black salt and honey and mix it

  3. 3

    Now add roasted Barley flour and again mix

  4. 4

    Add chopped dry fruits and mix not to grind

  5. 5

    At time to serve, sprinkle some dry fennel powder and set almond and walnut over the top.

  6. 6

    Now Barley and fennel lassi is ready to serve.
