  • 1/2 cupchopped tomato
  • 1/2cucumber
  • 1/4 cupchopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cuponion, chopped
  • 1salt
  • 1pepper
  • 1Serrano chile

    Finely dice tilapia. Add lime juice and leave in fridge for 20 min. Or until fish is white.Then add the vegetables and mix.
