  • 1chicken quarters
  • 1salt and pepper
  • 1 cupsliced almonds
  • 1/4 cupsesame seeds
  • 1disc of abuelita chocolate
  • 1Dona maria mole
  • 1onion
  • 1garlic cloves

  1. 1

    Cut quarters in half.Boil chicken quarters with 1/2 onion, garlic clove, salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Put mole in saucepan and fill water you boiled in mole jar.Fill up the jar 4 times.

  3. 3

    Add disc of chocolate in saucepan and let melt.Add chicken in the saucepan of mole.
