This is a quick, delicious side dish/ appetiser! You will love how simple yet tasty it is! Promise. :)

In a small bowl mix all the dry ingredients and keep aside.

Cut thin (1/4inch) rounds of eggplant.

Meanwhile heat a pan on slow to medium heat and add a few drops of oil.

Smear each round cut of eggplant with this mixed powder covering the piece nicely.

Place them all one by one on the pan for 2 mins and add some oil on the other side and turn them slowly. Let the other side too cook for 2 mins. You can tell that the eggplants are done if you just push a fork in them and they slide easily.
