  2. 1/2 cup gobhi ka paste
  3. 1tomato barik kata hua
  4. 1 spoon shimla Mirch
  5. 2papad bich me se kata hua
  6. To tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. As neededOil

    Ek non stick pan me thoda sa oil daale.... Samak and jowar aata and gobhi ka paste daale.... Ab shimla Mirch,tomato, salt and red chilli powder achchhe se mix karke mixture pakaye.... Papad ko bich se kaat le.... Pani se halka gila karein

    Ab papad ko samose ka shape de.... Mixture ki filling bhare.... Papad ke none pani ki help se gila karke seal karein.... Pan me oil garam karke.... Samosa fry karein.... Ready hai samak and jowar aata ka papad samosa
