    Jowar ke aata me salt and red chilli powder daalkar thick paste banaye.... Ek non stick pan me thoda sa oil daale.... Ab jowar aata ka paste daale.... 5 minute dhakkaer rakhe sim aanch par.... Ab kati hui shimla mirch and tomato daalkar dhakkan laga kar 10 minute rakhe.... Dono side se golden sek le.... Ready hai jowar aata ka uttapam
