Ingredients

2 lbStrawberries
2 tbspGranulated sugar
1 tbspAll-purpose flour
1 pinchSalt
1Thawed puff pastry sheet, cup into 4 circles/squares to sit on mug
1Egg, lightly beaten

Pregeat oven to 400°F.

In baking dish combine strawberries, sugar, flour, salt, and mix to combine. Either divide mix into 4 mugs or keep in dish. Place puff pastry over top of mug and brush with beaten egg

Place mug on baking sheet and place in oven.

Bake for 25-30min, checking once in between to stir strawberries and see how pastry coming along

When pastry is golden and puffed, rove and let cool for about 5 min. Then serve.
