Sauté 1-2 onions in coconut oil and butter in large skillet.

Add Mushrooms, Squash/Zucchini, and Meat to pan

Toss veggies and meat in butter and oil and season.

Once vegetables are just tender, add a few small swirls of heavy cream and simmer for a few minutes. You may add water if you want more sauce.

Pour sauce over pasta and add parm on top.
