  1. 2 cupMedium gain rice
  2. 3 cupWater
  3. 1 canSmall can (8.5 oz) corn
  4. 1 canSmall can (8.5 oz) of peas
  5. 2 tbspButter
  6. 3 tbspTeriyaki sauce
  7. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  8. Salt
  9. Pepper

Steps

1 hour 50 mins
  1. 1

    Pour. Water and rice into medium sauce pan or rice cooker and boil for 25 minutes.

    Strain peas and corn and mix in large bowl

    Mix peas, corn, and rice and refrigerate over night.

    Add butter, soy, and teriyaki sauces to the rice mixture

    Cook on high heat in thick bottomed wok or skillet until browned.

    Salt and pepper to taste
