Combine soup with enough broth to make 2 1/2 cups, then add mik. Melt 1/2c butter, add flour and salts. Gradually add milk mixture to butter mixture, heat until it thickens and comes to a boil, stirring continually. Add chicken and lemon juice. Add noodles and put in casserole dishes. Bake for 20 minutes at 350.

Makes two 9" round dishes. Each dish makes 2-3 adult servings. Can be frozen. Thaw before baking.
