I love breakfast and I was craving a bagel so I whipped up a bagel sandwhich instead and I loved the runny yolk I could mop it up with bits of bagel.

Slice bagel in half and toast it

Fry egg with butter and keep yolk runny

Butter bagel and add slice of swiss cheese

I used precooked bacon so cook that in the microwave

Place cooked fried egg on bagel and the bacon add top of the bagel and enjoy!
