Soften yeast in water.

Warm milk and add butter, sugar and salt.

Cool to lukewarm, then add beaten eggs and 2 cups flour.

Add softened yeast, orange peel and orange juice.

Add remaining flour. Knead.

Let dough rise until double, punch down, cover and let rise for 10 minutes.

Roll dough into a rectangle, 18" x 10", 1/2" thick.

Cut dough into ten 3/4" strips. Tie strips into knots and place onto greased baking sheet.

Cover and let rise.

Bake at 400°F for 12 minutes. Makes 24.
