Ingredients

  1. 1whole free range
  2. 2tomatoes
  3. 2 clovesgarlic
  4. Salt to season
  5. 1 3/4ltrs of water

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pressure cooker put all the ingredients

  2. 2

    And on high heat let boil for 2hours

  3. 3

    Chuck the chicken reserve for other recipe (something coming up)

  4. 4

    Take the soup and blend in a blender, seive and serve.
