Ingredients

  1. 300 gramsRicotta
  2. 300 gramsYeasted Flour
  3. 30 gramsButter
  4. 300 gramswhite sugar
  5. 3 largeeggs
  6. 200 gramsUnsweetened Chocolate (chopped or little kisses)

    Preheat Oven to 175°C

  2. 2

    Melt Butter. Set Aside.

  3. 3

    In a bowl mix egg ang sugar.

  4. 4

    Add ricotta. Mix well.

  5. 5

    Add melted butter. Mix again.

  6. 6

    Add flour. Mix until cake dough is perfectly smooth.

  7. 7

    Lastly, add tidbits of chopped chocolate of little kisses in the mixture.

  8. 8

    Grease baking pan and scatter little amount of flour so that it won't be stucked that much later.

  9. 9

    Bake for 25-30minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

  10. 10

    Let it cool for a while..

  11. 11

    Serve and Enjoy!

What do you mean with yeasted flour? How much yeast do i need? Thans in advance. I really love Ricotta and when i saw your recipe i knew i had to bake it! Untill i saw "yeasted flour". 🤔❓🎂🍫👍🏻🍀😉🔆👋🏻
