slice onion to thin slices

add to the lightly preheated olive oil, and cover the pot. low burner

peal garlic and cut to medium cubes

add garlic to the fryin - steaming onions- when onions are see-through. not burned or gold. leave pot cover for onion and garlic be stesmed not fryed

slice kale to rather thick slices.

add to the pot, stir and leave on low burner untill the kale loses volume. make sure kale stsys fresh green and doesn't lose colour.

turn off fire, add some salt and stir. cover the lid again for 2-3 more min. to let the garlic taste obsorb into kale.

serve with whole rice, for exmp.
