boil cranberry juice blend in Med. saucepan over high heat until reduced to 1 cup.

whisk in cornstarch, brown sugar, mustard and nutmeg

bring to boil over Med. heat and boil for 1 min. till thickened

cool to room temp. reserve 1/2 cup of the glaze
- 5
meanwhile line rimmed baking sheet with foil
- 6
set wire rack over foil and spray with cooking spray
- 7
wrap bacon halves around apricots and secure with toothpicks
- 8
brush with glaze and place on wire rack, broil for 3 to 7 min. or until bacon is browned turning once
- 9
serve warm with reserved glaze
