Reserve 1 tablespoon of olive oil,now heat the remainder in a medium saucepan

Add the garlic and a pinch.of salt and over low heat.stirring until golden brown.then remove the pan from the heat.do not let the garlic burn as it will taint its flavor.if its burn you will have to start over.

Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil.add the spaghetti and remaining olive oil and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, until tender.

Drain the spaghetti thoroughly and return to the pan. Add the oil and garlic mixture to the spaghetti and toss to coat.season with pepper,add the chopped fresh parsley, and toss to coat.

Put on a plater and serve warm, serve immediately.
