Steps

Preheat oven to 180°

Chop potato's into quarters

Chop carrot's into inch lengths with 1cm thickness approx

Chop parsnips into same size as carrots

Pour layer of oil into an oven safe glass dish

Add veggies

Dash oil ontop of veggies and sprinkle with sea salt and mixed herbs
- 8
Cook for 45 minutes approx untill fully cooked
