1/2cornstrach
1 tspsalt
1 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspbaking soda
2 cupbuttermilk or milk
2 tbspvinegar
3/4 cupvegetable oil
2egg whites
2 tbspsugar
1 tspvanilla extract
1 tspcinnamon

mix milk and vinegar for 15 minutes as substitute for buttermilk if unavailable.

whip egg white to peaks and fold into waffle batter
