  • 100 gramsdried chili
  • 100 gramsgarlic
  • 2 clovestar anise
  • 4 clovecloves
  • 1 tspcinnamon powder
  • 2 tbspblack peppercorns
  • 3 sticklemon grass
  • 1 tbspcurry leaf
  • 1 cupcooking oil
  • 10 eachfresh lime
  • 3 tbspfish sauce
  • 1/2 cupchinese rice wine
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 tbspsugar

    blend all ingredients with food processor

  2. 2

    preheated frying pan, add in cooking oil, bring to simmer

  3. 3

    add in blended chili mixture, cook for 15-20 minutes
