Put some oil into a pan.

Chop onion and tomato into small bite size pieces and add to the pan. Keep it at a warm temperature. Don't have to use the whole onion. (Reason why I put onion as needed is because it depends on how much your making. For 1 serving I only used about 3 slices of an onion and put the rest away.) An easy way to chop an onion is to keep it in the fridge for about 30 mins but we always have our onions in the fridge so I'm not sure if it would be at least 30 mins or less or more time.

After the tomato and onions are soft and cooked add the egg and add a pinch of salt and mix it all up! Should look like this when finished! WARNING adding too much salt will make the whole thing taste super salty that is why I recommend a pinch of salt. You can always do a taste test and add more if you want! One egg made this amount in the pan. The more eggs you add the more tomatos and onions you will need.
