I have no oven and remembered a recipe for no bake chocolate peanut butter cookies my Dad used to make when I lived at home. I was missing cocoa powder and decided to add honey and cinnamon instead, and whipped up this quick and easy recipe!
No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Balls
I have no oven and remembered a recipe for no bake chocolate peanut butter cookies my Dad used to make when I lived at home. I was missing cocoa powder and decided to add honey and cinnamon instead, and whipped up this quick and easy recipe!

Add peanut butter, cinnamon, honey, brown sugar and vanilla to a small pan or skillet on medium high heat.

After a couple of minutes, stir the mixture around until it has liquefied. Add in mixed nuts/dried fruit and oats until you reach your desired texture.

Roll into balls (a little smaller than a golf ball) and set on a plate to cool in the refrigerator after drizzling honey over each ball.

Allow protein balls to cool for 30 minutes to an hour and enjoy! This recipe is perfect for snack time, breakfast on the go, or as an addition to school lunches.
