  • 4albumen
  • 200 gramssugar
  • 1cocoa and/or chocolate chips

  1. 1

    At first mix together the albumens

  2. 2

    When it begins to turn white, add slowly the sugar.

  3. 3

    Using a sac-a-poche, create the pyramidal shapes

  4. 4

    Dacorate whit cocoa, chips or what you like.

  5. 5

    Bake for 1/2 hours. Stop when the Meringues are completely dry.
